NIH updated the NRSA Stipend Levels, effective 05/16/2025 under NOT-OD-25-105.
The Notice supersedes NOT-OD-24-104 and establishes stipend levels for fiscal year (FY) 25 Kirschstein-NRSA awards. This impacts all Kirschstein-NRSA awards made on or after October 01, 2024.
Please connect with your HR Business Partner or otherwise colleagues to see if there are any adjustments that will need to be made to letters of appointment or other such documents. Because of the Workday transition, there are some hard deadlines for entering information into HRS. It would be ideal if you could work with / inform your partner no later than June 09th of any stipends that need to be retroactively adjusted so that can be updated before the transition.
